XV Stripes launches new collection of lovingly-restored furniture

Luxury interiors brand XV Stripes has unveiled its Ltd Edition range – a unique collection of pre-loved furniture beautifully restored by skilled craftspeople using XV Stripes’ striking fabrics.

The collection utilises the coastal-inspired designs of the Isle of Wight-based interiors brand to give original furnishings a second chance of life.

Izzey Hung, Founder of XV Stripes, said: “When we created XV Stripes, we wanted to build a company with sustainability at its core.

“The Ltd Edition collection not only saves beautiful furniture pieces from being discarded but is the perfect way to utilise the excess fabrics used in our soft furnishing collections. It gives us the opportunity to show off our fabrics in a completely different way and ensures minimal wastage.”

Izzey has worked with an antique furniture and master upholsterer on the Isle of Wight, who has lovingly restored each piece.

She added: “Each original piece has been restuffed, sanded down and beautifully upholstered to create a stunning focal piece for any room. And the best bit? All are completely unique.”

The Ltd Edition collection is an evolving collection made up of one-off pieces, with prices starting at £120 for a footstool.
